Pretty good mostly, but there are some problems.

The Like/Tweet etc bar covers half the page in my browser and I can't read the text properly. I would recommend disabling Interstitial Ads on the Affiliate Links because the whole point of people visiting your site is to plant your cookie and get a signup. Their click is worth much more than ****** pays. You don't want to risk losing them.

I like it, its got a nice clean layout, and isnt absolutely plastered in spammy looking ads. A definite thumbs up from me. That social media bar is definitely a problem though, you either need to lose it or get it to stay somewhere out of the way.

Now Changed Little Bit Check Now I Moved The Share Bar Little Bit

I like the site, I also agree the share bar is distracting and takes the visitor away from the real focus of the site. Also, maybe try adding a 1-5 star score for each of the affiliates? It might entice the visitor to check out the higher rated ones rather than just picking one at random or not at all.

I would say the only mistake I see is the terrible quality of picture thumbnails near the posts on the main page. Otherwise, it's a pretty standard and clean blog, though the CTR for Adsense will be very low with the placement of ads.
But anyway, that's not your primary money maker, so maybe does not matter for you

i like the overall style, which template you are using?

But the Like/Share/1+/digg/stumble buttons are annoying... I can't see the whole things. maybe addthis.com widget is good for your blog.

And Also checked the title of your posts, haven heard of afl.ly before. This may be typo errors but it would affect your promotion in the long run. overall the blog is nice and so neat. what is the theme that you use? where did you get it?

PROS: Clean design, good colour palette (makes your site look reliable)
