1.add html/javascript gadget
2.place the code and save it.
3.Page will be blocked by content locker.

Yes,i got my two blogs banned the next day of adding content locker.

but,someone here had luck with that or may have some process behind it to keep safe from banned!

Strange...i use content locker from CPA L88D like 5 months on forgotten blogspot blog, and i didnt got ban .
