Sure i dont mind telling. I use a WordPress Plugin called http://wpsynit.com i then use the manual submission option and submit the articles that way. I am using the ProNukePlus package. Thats basically it, no rocket science just a great tool.

The plugin works on a monthly subscription basis and there are several packages to choose from.
You can register to get the plugin with a API which you can use on unlimited blogs - You will be on ProPlus package when you register and you will have 5 free credits so you can do 5 free submissions after that if you want you can signup for a package of your liking:

PLEASE NOTE

Please take note of the following points when ordering

Article Title:

• Please ensure that the article tittle is at the top of every article. ( Some dudes are sending articles without any title then i have to guess what is the title) - To do article submission i need a title.
• None of these should be in the title : ", ', !, @ ,# ,$ ,%,?, *,( , ) ,+, = ,/ , \, | ,~

Anchor Keywords

• Please ensure that your anchor keyword appears at least 3 times in the article itself.

• I have seen people sending articles but the anchor keyword is nowhere in the article.

• Let me explain : If your anchor keyword which you want me to use to make a hyperlink in the article, is for instance "cat food" then the word cat food should appear at least 3 times in the article itself -- Otherwise if it is not in there how am i suppose to do the anchor link for you.

Scrapping

• As mentioned i will scrape articles for you for free, but please be realistic and don't ask for unrealistic topics like, i want 100 submissions for keyword "Mumbai Super Duper Toilet Paper holders" I will be scraping all darn day and if i am lucky find one no good article.
• So in short be realistic when asking for scraping -- If you want you can check with me first if I can find suitable articles for your keyword.

Article Length

• As indicated the min. length should be 400 words. The reason for this is because MediaWiki's don't accept article below 350, so i need 400 to be on the safe side.

Many thanks for the questions; i will try to answer in the order you asked, below:
1: 1 Url and 1or 2 keywords. I normally use the links in the resource \ author box like this :

[COLOR=YellowGreen][B]<a href="http://yourlink.com">{keyword1|keyword2}</a>[/B][/COLOR]

and then inside the article i place 3 specific anchor links to fit with the article. Normally it is only the mediawiki's that allow the links in the article, so 3 article links and 40 media wiki sites mean 120 links just from Media wiki.

2. Yes i spin all article when i do the submission. No please don't add any html in the article, i will add the links myself, otherwise they end up getting spun.


3. No i do one submission at a time, so 20 submissions i can do in one day if you provide the articles, if i need to scrape then i will do it over 2 days -- i can even do it over 20 days - meaning 1 submission every day for 20 days. -- Its really up to you just tell me how you want it done and if possible i will work around your request or give a alternative suggestion.
