Give it up but don't give up. Meaning fuck the middle men. Use arbitrage where you can. Don't bother where you can't. Simple example: clickbank. If you can find people ready to buy some crap for $25, don't redirect them to the seller. Sell it to them for $55. Buy it from the seller (to keep it legal), email it to the buyer. Go for a swim in the money.

I think if you have your own business you will have to adjust everyday. No matter offline or online. If you want something really stable you need to work for somebody else, at a company or something. But then again - you are at the mercy of your boss.

That's why you use the revenue from these projects to fund a larger, more stable project. Blackhat income isn't forever. Micro niche sites which you blasted with Scrapebox a couple of times aren't gonna be making you a passive income in 10 years. Nobody said IM is easy - but show me another career where you can make money (and lots of it) with a couple of hours work a day. Hire VAs to do everything and all you'll have to do it analysis and testing. I would much rather spend an hour or two a day testing techniques and analysing what's still effective after Google's algorithm changes, than work 9-5 for half the money.

Use the cash from these short-term projects to build an empire, an authoritative business or network of websites.
 
Take the knowhow from past 10 years, write it down, cross examine your interest and knowhow and you find what you need to do next. Maybe you come back to IM in a year or so.

another example that for me personally speaks a lot. A member here athleted123 - in 2010 he got a Mercedes. In 2011 he got a Ferrari Spider. Hell I will make changes every minute if I have to, if I could get that amount of cash. And 9-5 job can go to hell. Where I live 9-5 jobs barely pay the bills. Offline business is not a option for me in a country run by the mafia and I mean it literary. At least not any time soon. But thats just me ofcourse.

Well I guess all biz need some kind of marketing on the Net. It's not like I won't be logging on ever again. But not the traditional "making monery from Interent marketing"

After explaining to my MD he was an absolute asshole there was an agreement that I should leave the business. I was the HR director very large business and very successful he was new and was destroying years of good work.

I took the package and went off for a wander, when i got back the world had collapsed and the PFI business in which i was thee expert in TUPE Employment Law and Commercial pensions was gone, the government had effectively shut it down.

Now I sit here in my fifties with no hope of a new job with so many younger people chasing them and so few anyway.

I am trying to learn IM and want to make some money on line as I still intend to be around a while and still need to eat.

I am frustrated with the options and choices and of course those experts who will sell you there plan which no longer works but gives enough info to make me wonder if I need to learn more.

Its a bummer but I have no choice and I need to start making money soon or I will be another sad statistic.

Just for the chap with the nice wife, my partner is 23 years younger than me and an absolute babe, so i have a lot of reasons to succeed.
 
yeah that's how I have felt for years......The urge to get off the Net and start a real bizz has been swelling up for years. I mean is sitting in front of your screen at home by your-slef a good way to live?

I hear you man....I am 40 my-self so no spring chicken hence why I am getting out now...I'd say 99% of the "systems,books, courses, mentoring " out there on offer is complete B*S*. And do NOT EVER buy any W.S.O. biggest pieces of B*S* out there.

LOL to think the Warriors forum prides its-self on being clean and looks down on B.H. forum. YET their W.S.O. section is 1000X more B.H. than anything here. Hypocrites.

So....best thing is to "lurk on forums" you can pick up gems of info and if you ask enough people nicely enough you will start piecing together little bits here and there. It's dynamic. NEVER think you have made it. 6-12 months tops before you have to re-invent the wheel again. It's tough. But start by not spending money on those gurus.

Give up if you want but you don't have to say it here publicly, keep it for yourself because you can destabilize many newbie members just starting IM.
