You can do what you wish but from a guy who has managed brick and mortar businesses and also operates a family biz that is no different from what you are describing online.
talk about daily challenges and issues? Yesterday we ran out of lettuce it was so busy, we were short staffed and our supplier was running about 3 hours late. 2 days before for some reason our plumbing backed up meaning we had to stop operation for a couple of hours till the plumber could come out and fix it.
Produce cost vary every week, sometimes daily so our profits get cut into almost all the time, 3 months ago we did some price changing and had to spend the next 2 weeks explaining to our regulars why we raised our prices in this economy.
we had to terminate an employee 4 days ago, a new competitor opened up 6 months ago down the road.
My point is we all have to make adjustments and changes based on what we foresee and we also have to react to things you do not.
Maybe you are spread too thin, why dont you select the thing that is easiest for you and gives you some revenue and just scale up instead of trying to do 100 different things.

One less competition.
I am not sure what your skill in social marketing is like, but one of the 1st posts I ever read on this forum was by a guy who says he HATES relying on search engines. Just like you he can be page 1 on Monday and page 10 on Tuesday, he says he does optimize for search engines but he focuses hard core on Social media, based on his assertions once the customer base is yours, they are yours and no search engine can take that away.see it's posts like this and my own experiences that have drove me away....I feel like it's a bizz built on quicksand. Why? Because G or some othe big player has ALL the control. Heck I even got banend from Adwords although I paused al lmy advertsing 4 months before they banned me...and that was afte I kept asknig what was wrong with my sites for Adwords..no rpely just banned me 4 months later. Enough is enough. They are easier ways!
Part of my problem has been dabbling in "different strems of income" I now know for me it's best stick to one.

Do you still have offline companies you do SEO for? Why dont you outsource the SEO and share the profit?
