How to get payoneer card!

Hi , Nissim, i understand Payoneer is an israeli company. is it safe for israelis to order the card ? Do you give any identifing details if requested by the israeli goverment ?

We're a US company headquartered in NY, however we do have an R&D department in Israel. We allow applications worldwide, Israel included, and do require a valid national ID for registration (either a driver's license, national ID card, passport and for US residents a valid SSN).

Hi Payoneer team, i'm indian member of BHW. I have account with codecanyon,freelancer and few other sites which offer payoneer support. I have not found a single link on these sites to register for payoneer account. I don't need payoneer card because i know it is no longer working in india but i need payoneer account so that i can withdraw directly to the bank. Is it possible to get account ? can you offer us sign up link to any of your partner ? or is there any criteria ?

As I'm sure you know, due to restrictions implemented by the Indian Government, non-Indian companies can no longer issue Visa/MasterCard to Indian residents, which unfortunately includes Payoneer.

Our worldwide local bank transfer service is indeed available for Indian residents, however the partner/affiliate program must support it. If you've already opened a Payoneer account and would like to switch to the worldwide LBT service, you need only contact our CS department. If you do not see the option available, I suggest you get in touch with the partner/affiliate and request they enable the service.

Just to clarify, though,we do not disclose your transactions history to anyone. However, the transactions ARE kept on record with Mastercard and with the issuing bank database.

You are responsible for reporting to all applicable government tax authorities all earnings received and for the payment of any applicable taxes that apply to your earnings.

I also recommend you check your partner's disclosure obligations, just so you know what their policy is (since they are the ones you are actually making money through, not Payoneer).

Hi!

You should start with eLance, because they require you to have their card, so sign up through eLance - just choose Payoneer as your payment option and then sign up. Once you are signed up (you will receive a confirmation email), you can choose Payoneer on the other sites, but instead of signing up, click on the banner on the right that says "already have Payoneer" and log in to the accuont that you created with eLance. Then you will have all of your payments on one card and won't have to pay the extra activation and monthly fees for each partner.

Payoneer gets the tick of approval from me so far. I wish the fees were a bit cheaper and that loads from affiliate programs went through a bit faster but I'm putting more and more money through Payoneer with no hitches. A good epassporte replacement.

Payoneer is great. I use it with 2checkout now, as I had problems with PayPal just like everyone else.

Thanks for your interest in Payoneer.

Once approved it can take up to 28 business days to reach you, through usually it arrives much quicker.
