I wanted to provide another update to my previous post.

Keyword 1 started at position 14, now at 4
Keyword 2 started at position 15, now at 8
Keyword 3 started at position 11, now at 4

Again, purchased the Gold pack on Nov 1 and today is Nov 11.

This is looking really good!...19 days left in the package - I have my eyes set on position 1!

I received my completed project report today.

These are the SERPs as of today:
Keyword 1 started at position 14, now at 6
Keyword 2 started at position 15, now at 7
Keyword 3 started at position 11, now at 4

Overall, I am happy with the results thus far. Keyword 1 seems to be dancing a little bit, hopefully it settles even higher than its previous high of 4.

Do I get some kind of notification per mail when the reports are done or do I manually have to login to the customer panel?
