It's been almost a month since I purchased BSS for $157 and I can't get a response back from anyone regarding a user guide or some other training on using this software. I've sent requests to both email addresses I had access to from buying this software, but nobody responds. I can't even get a response on this forum. Damn, I'm frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

are the google wonderwheel function and yahoo open explorer function still working? apart from that, its a little disconcerting to see that AVASAD in posts 108 and 109 has been asking for assistance but hasnt received any from the o.p. in nearly a month - whats going on with tech support?

Yahoo explorer is working fine, WonderWheelScraper is currently being updated due to a change at google, the fix will be out monday.

for support you can leave me a message on irc . make cash . org as i'm usually logged in there. i've been away the last week or so and will be back on monday.

WonderWheelScraper is currently being updated due to a change at google, the fix will be out monday.

Managed to get it all working early, you can download the latest version for a fixed WonderWheel Scraper, the update is not currently forced, but will be on monday.

you can always use the google link: queries, but these are not great, the best i have found is seomoz's openexplorer and we are currently working on including that in the next update, this will allow you with the use of proxies query unlimited links/domains. without proxies you will only be able to rip down 3 unique domains within 24 hours.

BestSeoSuite has always been a yearly subscription application. We do have other tools that you may be getting confused with that are not yearly sub.
