ezinearticles

They don't pay. Only sites like Associated Content do.

I have never heard them paying for submission of articles. How come you came up with this question?

Zero. Doubt they will ever pay. Everyone wants their articles there for the links.

EZA has never been pay-per-article or pay-per-word. People write articles there to please Teh Goggle.

That's right. I have 3 platinum accounts and I received 0 cent. hahahhahaha. We just love the backlinking that EZA is doing. :)

Ya ezinearticles dont pay. If you mean by asking someone to write article for you to post in ezinearticles to get backlink. Should cost ard USD10$ to USD15$:)

Even I presume that he is talking about this only. Yeah you are right, buyers normally pay something around $10 to $15 per article.

Is Ezine worth it though? People are starting to realize that Ezine is used primarily for people like us to backlink it to our site. It still provides good information but has since lost some credibility.

Thoughts?

Ezine doesn't pay, and it's gradually falling off the Google radar. I suggest looking at other opportunities for gaining some link juice with articles. Go for a revenue sharing site like Infobarrel, which is pretty generous with putting links to relevant content in your articles.

IB is also rising in rank, and fared pretty well against the Panda update. You might earn a bit from Adsense and Chitika on the side too.

Mephisto1917, thanks for sharing. One quick question though, where do you find information on whether a site is falling off of Google Radar or not?

Also, just for my curiosity, does anyone know what the most linked webpage in the world is?

I'll jump in here to say I use alexa.com to get a graph on a website's traffic stats up to a year. It looks like ezinearticles only has about 1/4 of the traffic it was getting early this year, which was probably eza's zenith.

EZA & suite101 really tanked this year, looking at their charts...
