Best cheap backlink service on BHW??

So here's the deal:
1. I have very little money to invest(student).
2. I have very little time (so I prefer services for tools)
3. I have a pretty easy keyword.

I've found that fiverr gigs don't work for rankings. They can't, of course, provide
good quality for 5 dollars. So I want a bit more expensive backlinking services that work for SERPS.

Thanks and rep for the one that knows a service on BHW that increases my serps and costs a little.
Do directory submissions work? Also I've seen a lot of scrapebox blast services, forum profiles and social bookmarking.
How do you guys let those links index? Only ping them and hope for the best or also use services for that?

1) Easy keywords can be ranked (of course!) with Fiverr gigs! You just need to find good providers on there.

2) Is this a serious project, or a project to play around with and potentially "burn" it if you get sandboxed?

1. Increase your budget.
If you can't, then save up. Get an on/offline job.
There's students on this site who earn a living online as well as studying, so it can be done.
2. Do the work yourself.
Even with just one hour a day, you can get lots done. There's free tutorials online.
3. Go and do something else.
