Listed further above and on the 1st page is an explanation where i submit to and how the links are then given extra power by means of rss and micro blogging, creating a a huge array of interlinking giving weight to the main article links and then ultimately your site.

I selected targeted directories for each submission, so if your anchor text given is about "Dogs" then i try the closest directly category - it could be animals, it could even be dogs.

A specific number gets submitted but they are submitted to random accounts I will submit to wordpress directories, create 2 RSS Feeds, create backlinks to the RSS from Article Beach Auto Approve sites, create backlinks to RSS feeds from 5 STATUSNET Microblogs, 40 Media wiki sitescreate backlinks to your site from Social Networks and create backlinks to your site from wordpress(dot)com and PING every link - the detailed destination list is further up.

Since you don have any articles there is no need to upload anything additionally as you already indicated this on the excel sheet, but if you had articles you would have simply taken your excel sheet and placed it in one folder along with your articles, zipped it and then uploaded that.
