Wow 80$ for 100 flyers? It's cheaper to buy a $100 printer and spend 17$ to refill ink at Costco. Surely using ALL the ink would get you about 200-300 flyers.
B&W and a colored piece of paper is you best bet.
to add to the last post, layer them 4 up on a page (ie so each flyer is 1/4 of the page), and then just cut them (you can get a paper cutter for pretty cheap) and you've just dropped your printing cost by 75% as well....welcome to the world of print.
B&W print will normally cost you about 20-30% of color. Can be less if you know how to haggle to a large enough block.

I was just thinking that you could probably make a killing handing outfliers outside of Best Buy on black Friday. I know the lines outside are crazy long where I'm at. You could even put a qr code so they could check it out right there (you know they have to be pretty bored standing in line for hours). Hell, even throw on a blue polo and some khakis so you look like a Best Buy employee! Add something like "Black Friday Only - $1000 Best Buy gift card".
What about the security outside the store? They'll pry kick you out once they see you passing out fliers.
Check out PrintPlace- they seem to have some decent prices. 1000 4.25 x 5.5 single sided flyers for 41.00...
