Around 5 videos per accaunt and around 10 acc per proxy. Make some tests. Some people upload over 10 videos per acc with no problems.

This method works, because it made me some money, but my accounts were banned, I didnt use proxies at all.
Now I want to do it properly, but I'm not sure what kind of proxies do I need.
Do I need to have PVAs accounts?

@anzeen, you don't need PVA's. Just quality accounts (not all created from the same ip, one after another ), that's about it.

AT anzeen, the kind of proxies that some people who are doing it discussed were the semi-dedicated proxies from a site were you buy proxies, but I cant write the url for you because of my low number of posts (it triggers the moderation system lol)
