Any other good bookmarking tools?

I did not have any luck with Sick Submitter. I could not get it to work at all. Plus the idea of having to buy link lists didn't set right with me.

Is there something that I could simply input websites into? Or just something that works a lot easier than Sick Submitter? It also needs to be cheap as I'm on a very very very small budget.

I personally outsource everything, but based on what I've read around the forum, many seem to be using BMD (Bookmarking Demon)
