What is the best hosting provider?

Hmm HostWinds or HostGator? I need good a good VPS. btw do not ever use 1and1. I'm not sure how they are even in business still. They will wait for off hours and throttle your bandwidth then act stupid when they respond to your ticket 12 hours later. Complete garbage. I actually tried to get support when my sites were inaccessible for a few hours one night and they sent me their TOS which basically said it was my problem. I'm getting my sites and getting TFO. Does HostGator or HostWinds offer help with migration?

Shoot me a PM, or add me on skype and I can give you the full scoop

We 100% cover all of the migration for you, I look forward to talking to ya bud

I use to think namescheap but hostgator is best!

I see a few people mention HostWinds above, here's a discount code for them " 99off " No it's not an affiliate code before anyone asks is direct from

Thanks for your responds. I will check some of the suggestion and see what i best for me.

I test 3 different and thats my conclusion : 3ix for cheapest , but slow a bit and i had problem with htaccess video upload size , i test hostpapa and fatcow and at the moment , hostpapa is the fastest and dont give me problem for uploading .

my preffered is expensive: intention.nl - I only use it for the most profitable (loans and stuff they do not allow at Hostgator)

Some ideas for Europe:

  • Futurehosting (UK based, they host in Dallas,TX as well)
  • Clustered (UK)
  • EuroVPS (Netherlands)
  • Hetzner (Germany)
  • OVH (France)

--------------------------------
Just one question for those of you running a high number of low-traffic, simple websites (say microniche WPs or landings):

Which one of these hosting formulas would you advice to a newbie focused on Adsense and CPA (with no knowledge at all about coding, configuring networks...), in order to reduce his learning curve (initially) / maintenance duties (in the long term)?

  • Common SHARED hosting?
  • Own RESELLER account, used just for your pages?
  • Managed VPS?
Thanks in advance.
