anybody experienced the same ??

exactly after the update my site got deindexed and my traffic is gone :/

Sorry bout the deindex...
I've got one pr3 to pr2 downgrade, and several +1 pr to sites.

I don't think that the PR is all that important now though..

Try to cruise around here to find ways to possibly get out of the deindex box, there are ways to check out like: completely changing content on several pages, including titles and tags etc to something unrelated to your existing, then getting pinged and respidered, waiting and then changing back after reindexing. Something like that, try searching around.

I've had one of my sites dropping from PR 7 to 6 and other from 5 to 4

The latest PR update is so f*cking wrong, I hope I'll get my PR back in the next one..

Same here, site went up to PR1 then got de-indexed next day. Still trying to work it out. Not sure why PR would go up if it was going to be de-indexed.

It is lacking a bit in content, just got 4x400 unique articles and I'm guessing that's why, can't see any other reason for it.

Looks like I'm goona have to start going for much more content from now on.

Very possible, was it unique or dup content? Did it look spammy and MFA?

Unique articles. It's actually quite a nice looking site, Not spammy at all, just abit "thin".

Weird.. can a site be partially deindexed? My main keyword (the EMD keyword) just vanished since the last update, and the rest seem to be somewhat fine (though seemingly more difficult to rank at the moment compared to before)

exactly the same happened to me... mns site dropped from pr2 to pr1 and next day deindexed :D

lets start building authority sites !

are you sure its not just a dance? How long were you in your current position before you dropped off?

Can you google your domain name and the link come up when you search for it? if so then your not de indexed.

Two of my MNS got upgraded to a PR4 but none got deindexed.

Google "site:deindexedsite.com" to be sure it is really deindexed.

Was at number one for a couple of months with one keyword, just hit number two for a more competetive second keyword.

Definately de-indexed.

May try and add some more content an apply for reinclusion, see if that works.

What kind of link building did u do?

Not really built any links for the last month and link velocity has been fairly consistent over the last 6 months. Got alot of varied link types, although looking back maybe a bit heavy on links to the main domain.

Gonna move on to larger sites now, minimum 50 pages, 700+ word unique articles, thinking that's the way forward.

for sure i typed: site:deindexedsite.net... still deindexed :(

i got 4 different adsense banner on it and i have read that someone was talking that google has punished sites with too much adsense on it... so i changed theme and placed only one rectangle.

the domain is 5 months old.

One of mine, which has enough content to be an authority site, and its all hand written quality stuff, took a huge hit and disappeared for its main keywords. I'm not sure if its PR related; the only thing I did differently was I did a big scrapebox blast to tier 2-3 links, and those are the keywords that I got delisted for. The site is otherwise still listed and ranking on long tail keywords, but getting only 10% the traffic it was.
