For continuity you my consider one of the bulk packages listed. If 1 website i suggest the 30 submission package which can give you one submission ever day, can be same url or a different deep url every day ( recommended ).

I can only submit English articles...
The only solution i can think is get a English article related to your service and then use 3 anchor text within the article with your Dutch keywords in it.
