Just curious... Jr. Exec's get access to Executive area?

Other than just being your best when participating in the forums, there's really nothing proactive that can be done to get yourself into Jr.ExecVIP or ExecVIP. Since there's nothing you can actively do to promote yourself, it's best not to give it a lot of thought or attention. If it ever happens then it's a really nice bonus, but I don't know anyone that was expecting or planning to get the upgrade to ExecVIP before they got it. You won't even know if you've ever been nominated unless you actually do get voted in.

Worrying about what you don't have access just distracts from all the information you do have access to. The bulk of information on BHW is in the general forums and the Jr.VIP forums, so if you want to learn how to make money that's all you really need to think about. irate:

Kind of reminds me of the old IRC o:line days.... if you asked for anything, you'd be denied right away. But if you sit back, help out; allow the admins see you working... you'll get an o:line before you know it

But the Jr. exec is pretty awesome as well.
The higher you move up, the closer you move together with IMers within your rank i think.
I'm making some nice JR exec and exec friendships / partnerships at the moment.
Gotta love BHW.
As for Jr. Exec being free, i still paid for Jr VIP, and i will continue to do so, weather i have to or not. It's the least I can do to give back to this board.

I don't think you have to be in jr.exec or exec to make friends/partnerships with them as they can still be in the general forums.

No. It's set up in a hierarchy structure Private membership levels only have access their own section and the sections below them.

So...
Executive VIP has access to the ExecVIP, Jr.ExecVIP, Jr.VIP and the general forums.
Junior Exec. Vip has access to the Jr.Exec.VIP, Jr.VIP and the general forums.
Jr. VIP has access to the Jr.VIP and the general forums.




BHW Membership Levels and eligibility requirements:

Super Administrator = appointed by site owner
Administrator = by site owner approval
Super Moderator = by admin approval
Moderator = by admin approval
Moderator in Training = Submit Staff Application [1] and have admin approval
Executive VIP = by invitation only (given only after vote from Exec VIP's) and have admin approval
Junior Exec. Vip = must post a thread that gets moved to Jr. Exec VIP forum and have admin approval
Jr. VIP = 100+ quality posts [2], 60 days on the forum and $97 donation [3]
Premium Member = $97 donation [3]
Junior Member = 100+ posts
Regular Member = 50-99 posts
Newbie = 0-49 posts

This is like a tribe setup...Hopefully one day I will learn something so cool that I will make it to exec...But so far, just being a member at BHW has been enough to educate me to a higher level.

Not really. Most threads are started in the general forums, so you'll see almost everyone makes most of their posts in there.

I think those are 'Custom User Titles'. As far as I know Junior member is the highest real title for general (gold) members. Once you reach Junior member (might be Regular members too, I don't remember for sure. lol) you can choose a 'Custom User Title' if you want.

Just go to 'Edit Profile' in your 'User Control Panel'. You can't choose any real titles though, (for instance you can't choose Jr.VIP as a custom title). You can always tell a members real membership level though just by looking at the username color and (for general members) by their post count.
