CTR themes are one of the most crassic themes ever. This are the best themes for adsense but they are definitely more expensive.

An estimate of $50 to $70 is a great amount for a template that will serve you for a life time.:itsme:
 
You can find CTR Theme for free, not sure why you'd want to develop another theme with the same exact functions?
