Was this feature always in G and I just haven't notice it or is it a new thing?

type something in Google, check out the result by visiting one of the pages, click back and you'll have this option parallel with domain name you visited " Block all www. domainyouvisited .com results"

You can block it form your search results if it was not helpful.

This new or I just wasn't paying attention?

It only shows up if you go back really quickly. I imagine if lots of people block it drops ranking, would be interesting to test.

Imagine if you know found an XSS in google, and everytime someone comes to one of your sites, it automatically blocks ALL other domains for the keywords you want to rank for...
That would be pretty awesome
