You can register your fan page by this url: plus.google.cxoxm/pages/create

When facebook have no new ideas like giving personalized email addresses like gmail to atleast keep users more time on their site if they dont have their own good search, then others might want to add similar features like facebook, and it is bad news for facebook. And also facebook's new search sucks, cant find any people from it.
