the site url is in the title of the post. i tried few times to enter link to the post without success. the url start with "multispinner" then i write the url after the "." together or alone i get some strange msg

you right . i am not a marketing expert. tell me please what you think i should do . i really we do it but in other hand i didn't want to do too much before i hear review on issues as you gave me. it really helps . i prefered to start and see reviews from users. waiting for you reply.

I registered on the website, downloaded the soft, installed it, (tried to) register with email and pass, but it seems the registration didn't pass well or the soft doesn't work properly... I mean it doesn't spin at all, no any synonyms...

hi , in the top of the software you have "language update" please select English . close the MultiSpinner and the MultiSpinner will download the thesaraus then you reopen it . after one min all will work.

Well, now the dictonary directory includes a en-us.aff and a en-us.dic file, but it still doesn't spin?

Hi, by default, the MultiSpinner's ability to download synonym database is disabled. You can enable MultiSpinner to download synonym database by going to the Language Update menu and clicking check boxes there, after that, please restart the software and you should see a progress bar at the bottom of the window. Thanks.

Well, I have checked those, closed and re-opened, even rebooted my computer so nothing else was loaded. see image.

Okay, I'm sorry for that, I've found out that the error was due to some page changes in our site. I just tested again. Please run the software again. Thanks
