To find out who's page it is, download FireFox live headers. If you still have the affiliate landing page, go to the page, turn on live headers, and look through the logs to see which links you go through before going to the landing page. One of those links is a tracking link for an affiliate network. If you do a whois on the domains, you should be able to see which affiliate network it is, and give them a call.

No aff links here but Google "product name affiliate" (Or swap aff w/ webmaster) otherwise check offervault and search penis enlargement. Otherwise markethealth is an instant join cpa which I think has one but I heard bad shaving stories about them.
