Hi Experts,

I recently got an offer as SEO Trainer, I want to know what you think about this . I have one year experience in the field of SEO. Do you all think that it is good to be SEO trainer with little experience in hand they will provide me all tutorial they have to be expert in this field by the way I only know on page and off page but never dive on to other area like PPC or something more on that, I think it is good chance to learn these things while earning moreover they have courses like PHP/MySQL and better chance for me to get hands on it :D. Give me your opinion is it a good idea and what are the career prospects for me after that?

What?? Of course take it. Then on your websites or biz cards you can advertise you TEACH Seo so why pay anyone else to do SEO for them?

If they are gonna train you I would do it. You'll learn more here than any training materials they give you.

Obviously but here situation is learn while you are teaching if I have doubt I can ask to my fellow :p
They give me access to their training material they are providing online training on Ethical Hacking all over the world UK, Canada, Malaysia, Australia and India as well and an award winner for providing best ethical hacking training across the world. Actually I have one year contract with them so I am worrying whether this affect my career in webmaster this is what I want to know because you can also know about seo tactics while working in company but it is also true that it is also a company which offer this job to me.

One thing you should be aware of, though, is that many (especially) larger SEO companies don't allow you to run your own websites/projects on the side. It wasn't tough for me to get a job offer in this industry. But getting a job offer where I could keep running my secondary business was rather hard. :)

Private registration on your web design site. get a secondary line for calls from your web design site. theyll never find out its you unless your answering calls at work in front of your boss. If they pay more than your making now I say go for it. do web design on the side until it takes off.

if your not making any real money now i would take the job get paid and learn all you can. Take notes on what they are doing good and what they are doing bad. Set up a game plan and then leave in a year.

You are really a bot you read my mind very well :p actually I want to do samething whatever you said my primary focus on web designing and ppc because they both are really matter if you are working alone as a webmaster.

Yes it is hard to do both work simultaneously but I am not joining it to do my business but I like your idea and work on it also the company which offer me this job is not a seo company it is a company specialized in providing both online and offline training for Ethical hacking, SEO, Web Development security, PHP/My SQL. Is that matter in which company you are teaching? I also want to know your thoughts in this.:)

Am I really ignorant or is this ca be avoided? VPN's , alternative names etc. I am quite sure they can't track how much income you make or where your money is coming from so maybe even that isn't necessary.

What you can get away with isn't always the point.

And to answer your specific question, Richard, that depends on the current laws of the country you live in.

I brought it to your concern because it (probably) goes for more than just seo companies. Yes, most larger seo companies (including the one I work in) has a technical department (or staff).

In this economy you better get away with all you can. I would never stop my side projects bc I got a SEO job at a company. Who's to say how long that job would last, in that event he would have lost time on his projects. No job is worth stopping my businesses IMO

Exactly to be alive in this competitive market you must have side project along with your job and to remain in this competition you must update your skills every now and then which help you to switch even you lost your job.:)

I guess that depends on your situation (and the job you are offered).
