Sorry if this has been answered. Just wondering if FB can/will block certain sites from being liked or prevent them from being posted on someone's wall. I want to try this plugin with a lot of traffic and want it to stay viral and not end up like an app or fanpage that just gets deleted.

Thanks,
xxf8xx

Hi, now the plugin is asking a confirmation, so it's not working, at least on my site.

I have tested for a week, and I had some problems, so I have asked for a refund, hope there will no problems with it.

Thanks for all

Hi,

The plugin isn't exactly what you could call "white hate" and we are in a black hat forum so we need to bear this in mind when looking at the plugin and what it does.

Anything which is not 100% white hat carries a certain element of risk.

It is always a possibility that fb will catch you out. We have taken all possible steps to reduce this to a minimum but we can't place a guarantee on this kind of thing as we don't know what some people may do with the plugin.

If fb thinks your site is suddenly getting a lot of "likes" all of a sudden it may place a pop-up confirm box but this is usually only temporary. If you "like" and unlike the same post/page many times in a short period then that could raise a flag with fb. Again, they may place the 'confirm the like' popup box for a period of time.

These things are at the discretion of fb and beyond our control.

Thanks,

Shez :)

The confirmation box is something that fb decides to put in place. The plugin works and it's been coded with measures in place to keep things below the fb radar.

Liking and unliking the same posts and pages of your site can cause fb to place the confirm box on your site but it is usually just a temporary measure. If you've asked for a refund then there will be no issues with that and it will be processed by the accounts dept asap.

Thanks,

Shez :)

Just purchased this.. I'lll post my review in few days.. My site has already more than 60K visitors a day..lets see the difference.

mmm so 1 question.. if a visitor enters a posts.. it will post that he likes it on his wall.. but if he enters a different posts? what happens?

It will post a like for the page/post where that he is on when he clicks a link.

If he is on post 'yoursite.com/best_dog_walking_tips' and he then clicks a link that will take him to 'yoursite.com/worst_dog_walking_tips' the plugin will post a "like" for 'yoursite.com/best_dog_walking_tips'.

Thanks,

Shez :)

Is there any way to exclude some scripts like archive.php or category.php. My users always click in the next page of the archive.php page to see more posts. Also I would not like likes on my index.php.

Thanks!

What's up Shezboy?

Can this plugin be used in Wordpress MS mode. I know I can't use it on more then 20 blogs at a time but can it be install on a blog network?

With the standard version the plugin will post a "like" for the URL of the page the visitor is on when they click a link on your site.

It is not possible to exclude certain pages of your site from triggering the plugin to post the "like". It will however only post one "like" per unique visitor. So to an extent, if you can control which pages your traffic arrives at, then you can control which pages get the "ikes".

Thanks,

Shez :)

Hi,

No it is not designed to work on the multi site versions of WP installs.

Thanks,

Shez :)

did u get my pm buddy?

Hi,

Maybe, I've not checked my PM box recently. I don't tend to answer general questions about the plugin via PM's though so you'd be better posting it here unless it is a private question where you want to mention a URL and you didn't want that info being on public display.

Thanks,

Shez :)

its kinda private no url just a way that i hope this plug can work :)

Ey mate, I need some help, I've installed the script but I can't make it work. Also because of the nature of my site I can not remove the like buttons from my pages, that will just be silly, I need some help. Hope you can PM me the suppor desk link.

Thanks

EDIT: Nevermind, it was in the prchase email.
