Here is my review of the service so far (based on "standard" services initially provided)....
- Full Link Pyramid
- 125 High PR Manual Bookmarks
- Submission to 5 private blog networks (drip feeding over few weeks)
- Article Submission Robot (AMR) submission (minimum 100 live links instantly, more to come)
- Manual Link Wheel of 25 PR4+ Angela style properties
- 100 life Wiki links
- Full Link Pyramid
Provided as a zip file named as BHW username & date. Zip contained 5 csv files named forum profile 1&2, social bookmarking 1&2 and social network1
- csv file basic; no info regarding package
- provided as forum links > social book marks > 22 social pages > moneysite
- looked random & good quality
My unfortunate issue with this was that my anchor text was not spun correctly & the result was mis-formated, incorrect anchor text with {|} all over the place. Not good. Hopefully this was an isolated incident.
- 125 High PR Manual Bookmarks
Provided as an excel file. Name did not give clue as to contents.
- over-delivery of about 15 bookmarks
- nicely presented excel sheet containing the campaign details and clearly titled as the social bookmarking file
- bookmark description not spun.
- Submission to 5 private blog networks (drip feeding over few weeks)
Provides as zip-file named as BHW username. Name did not give clue as to contents.
- file contained 5 numbered jpeg files
- no clue as to what networks used
- articles unique
- again hard to rate as not much info given other than a screenshot of some text
- Article Submission Robot (AMR) submission (minimum 100 live links instantly, more to come)
I could not see this report
- Manual Link Wheel of 25 PR4+ Angela style properties
Provided as excel file named as linkwheel, keyword & date
- nicely presented excel sheet containing the campaign details and clearly titled as the profile link wheel
- very handy formatting & logically provided information
- 26 spokes
- 100 life Wiki links
Provided as a text file. Name did not give clue as to contents.
- appeared to be an over-delivery (although I could not access many of the links, most urls ended in a username or signup & many gave 403 error).
- appeared to be quite a lot of .gov / .edu domains
- content was spun
- very difficult to rate this as could not access most of the links (am I doing something wrong?)
- Customer Service
I had 2 major issues with my service; (1) the unspun anchor in the entire link pyramid and (2) I did not seem to have the article submission report. I completed a support request on the 3rd (Thursday) and received a reply on the same day saying that the quality team had been notified & as soon as they heard back they would notify me...today is Tuesday 8th and no reply.
OVERALL
I think this service has awesome potential & if my issues had not occurred then I would be extremely happy and my only suggestion would be to try and formalize the reporting format (eg file names) and I would have asked about the wiki links
Obviously I have a few concerns about quality control; missing spintax on all links does not look good & a missing module does not say much about quality control (formalising report formats & file names would help this). And I feel customer support needs to be much faster (although this, again, could be due to "quality control" as my initial response - which told me they were waiting for quality control - was very fast).
So a few easy-to-fix issues to be sorted...but I seriously love the diversity of this service & hope it will become my hands-free SEO magic bullet!
