Grab a cheap account with Hostgator - it's only needed for install so doesn't really matter which account you get. They also run PHP 5.3 so it's probably the best option.

Just Purchased a Hosting from Hostgator for 62$ /year :D
Now i will go ahead and purchase the script and Update this post :)

Having some Ioncube error, so just contacted your Support team.
Fix it for me ASAP :)

What don't you know how to use? The manual is very detailed, the support forum is full of helpful people and we usually reply to all tickets within 24 hours.

Either way, if support hasn't been satisfactory, drop me a message and I'll look into it.

Thanks!

I'm having issues with ionCube it appears with bluehost, anyone have any suggestions?

Anyone using this locker with bluehost? I'm about to try hostgator next.

Edit: checked the error_log, appears bluehost doesn't have php 5.3 installed you have to request it. LOL

PHP Fatal error: <br>The file <b>/home2/.../tracking/index.php</b> was encoded with the PHP 5.3 ionCube Encoder and requires PHP 5.3 to be installed. in Unknown on line 0

brb, moving to hostgator.

You have to request it with HG too. We know for a fact it works fine on HG as quite a few of our customers use it. It's cheap to get an account and means you won't have any issues running CLP at all.

Cheers!

Oh I agree, this doesn't fall on you this is in their hands...

Shared hosting sucks, I wish I had the ability to scale to a VPS with Cpanel installed. that would be the bees knees.

Someday!

For installing CLP itself, shared hosting is absolutely fine. You'd only need a VPS (for the sites you embed the gateway on) if they get a lot of traffic.

I used to run a site with 100k UVs a day on a HG shared server, never had any issues :)

But I guess if you're streaming even 1000 UVs a day would be a problem on a shared host?

Only if you're actually streaming the content yourself. There are so many free platforms out there to run your own streams (Justintv, ustream etc) then it's rather pointless to fork out for a powerful server.

The site I'm referring to was just embedding streams that we ran elsewhere, never had problems and the site got a ton of traffic.

i reallly wish i knew how to use this kind of thing, really i do butr my limited knowledge is stopping me buying.
i dont think ur ticket or tech line could cope with me online constantly asking for help lol

but it does sound the bollocks , only wish i had the brain to use it.

We've tried to make it easy to use for newbies, while having enough features to keep more experienced users happy.

Once you've got it installed (this is really simple if you read the manual properly), it shouldn't take long to get your first locker up and running. The support forum is full of helpful people, so you won't have any issues on that front.

As long as you're happy to read a manual and follow instructions, you really won't have any problems. Most of the features are optional and quite advanced, so these really aren't necessary for the average user.

Thanks :)

Don't be fooled into limiting yourself to thinking you can't use this script on your website. With such great software comes the great need to protect it from preying eyes, which is why it's been a little challenging to install. If you follow the manual , which is really easy to do , and you have requested the proper php build with your host, it's really a breeze to setup and use after that. I'm not lying when I say I'm no advanced php user. Just have to meet a few things in criteria for this and you'll be setup, I even learned a thing or two in the process.

Installation was simple and the UI is clean and easy to follow. Like Ronseal quick drying wood stain, it does exactly what it says on the tin.

Great piece of kit to have in your IM toolbox.

Thanks meathead1234

How are you driving traffic? if you don't mind sharing?

Awesome tool, changing the game before my eyes... never done
content locking.

Check out the private forum, there's some decent stuff on traffic generation in there ;)

Well, to be honest, the best part of this tool.

Which just adds to it's overall value, it that you can fake the referrer.

Which means, you safely promote any offer you wish without really causing any problems.

This is partly what made me pull the trigger right away and get it.

Hello,

I am somewhat a newbie when it comes to CPA marketing. I am interested in making money off your script, but am unsure how it fully works and how I can get it running. Would you be interested in providing me some support after I purchase the product into what I can do to make the most out of it? I am also new to BHW and trying to learn some tips as to how to spend efficiently.

Thanks,

Just wanted to drop my two cents in here.

These guys did a great job on CLP v2. If you are at all serious about content locking this is the best option in a self hosted locker you are going to find. Outside of the obvious, the postback function and a true content lock until offer completion, there are other additions like offer rotation with referer blanking, nice looking locker templates, geo-targeting, and timers when displaying iframes.

It's simple, self-hosted lockers=more money and CLP v2 makes that simple to do.

I've been combining it with viral type scripts like what GST shared http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/facebook/364739-get-very-viral-facebook-video-sharing-site-free.html and seeing cash roll in.

Hi Dcgaming,

We can definitely provide support getting the script up and running. When it comes to actually making money, there are constantly new shares in the private forum for making money with content locking. I would recommend that you have some basic knowledge of CPA/driving traffic before purchasing as CLP is more of a tool to help you make MORE money with content locking - the tool itself won't actually make money for you :)

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks!

You keep mentioning the private forum...
The hidden forum on here, not privy on that, but want to join as soon as I get the chance too.
I'm doing pretty decent with SEO, just not sure how google feels about content lockers and if
putting this on an SEO'D site will have negative effect. Going to test it out anyways LOL
