Just had my Facebook account disabled

Hi all, I have just had my Facebook account disabled, I have violated their terms and conditions a few times for various reasons, I have done nothing recently to cause any concern, although recently I have very high numbers of friend requests lately, sometimes up to 150 a day ( this was quite common ).

This particular account was not far off 5000,

How can I protect myself from this in the future so I don't get any of my other accounts disabled, I've seen this site fbprx.com

If you have 150 request coming in per day, then you have posted on too many walls, or liked to many peoples comments etc ... and that resulted in your account being banned. Basically, whatever method you have used to get 150 friend request per day is the method that got your account banned. You should be able to figure it out from there.

what are tool are you using to get likes/friends ?
how many times do you post a day ?

I didn't use any tools just simply pictures of a girl and i found pictures of different girls that all looked the same person, I would post approx every other day, only small comments and the odd joke to build up peoples trust. I posted nothing on the profile linked to any ads etc i was simply building up a high friends list for future use,

I think the high friend request spiraled out of control by excepting to many people ??? and being seen too often maybe

Never EVER accept more than 500 friend requsts in a day and always clear your cookies. its always what you do with the account that matters. I have accounts that i do nothing with that are still there. so its something you have done. also if your profile looks tooo FAKe people will report you and that always ends with account getting deleted,you must make it look real.lots of pics

Just dont use facebook to get your friend requests use other media and you be fine, i get a full 5000 friends in 1 day using other sources.

Think I need to retrace my steps and have a think, I did get a message from someone I was not friends with user name EAGLE EYE telling me people like me have F*#ked up Facebook and that I should shut down my account

Either way, you will eventually end up with the need of phone verification - sorry, FB doesn't accept prepaid card number. - getting harder to spam...
