What were the answers to these questions, Can you please share them?

Ive jusrt built a brand new white hat site with 3 fairly easy keywords I wish to target, is the 1k directory submission suitable for that, and what results would you expect to see for these keywords (3 keywords, 1 URL)

ya apporaval rate is above 80% . but its slow process takes time depending on directory owner.
e-mail handling charge $2 extra.

we can do upto 5 titles /descriptions. in directory submission you have to include keywords in title because titles are anchor text in this.
