Yes, my first 2 tickets were responded to. However, my 3rd one (#1153), which was requesting a status update, never received a response. I just logged into your ticketing system and it shows the ticket as being assigned and "solved," but there is no response to it. I'd like to know how far along the process my project is for each of the keywords. Thanks.

Ok lack of communication was a problem and they slowed down my posting to try and give me better results but my problem was a manual google review which it failed! All the same the reports look good, the service was done and if this happens again then i will contact them and tell them to speed things up etc... i know for a fact this helped me get 1st page rankings for most of my keywords and gave a big boost BUT google unfortunately didn't like my site

Anyhow placed 2 more orders and im happy so far... lets see if google likes my new sites
