Easy $100 A Day - Perfect For Noobs

what about just using the hop url with my id and e-mail market the crap out of it ?
anyone ever tried? good results?

That's not even close to being the method discussed, lol.

This is definitely a good method when you don't want to depend on the mercy of Google - especially after recent Panda updates. Thanks for sharing.

I've tried this on two sites with Blogger and even though I get traffic and a hop click or two no sales. Maybe I should get a domain and hosting?

This site seems to be pretty cool to us as a template

ok, but have you tried it ?

That is beside the point. If you want to know about starting an email campaign you need to create your own thread instead of asking on a thread that has NOTHING to do with sending emails.

What meathead provided is an excellent way of using google alerts to notify you of places to post your affiliate link. You completely ignored this and decided to ask if you could spam clickbank links via email.

I will ignore your blatant disregard for forum organization and answer your question anyhow in hopes to get you to stop posting irrelevant things on this thread.

Q. Can you spam your clickbank link in emails?
A. Of course.

Q. Does it work well.
A. That depends a lot on your list, ability to inbox and your ability to write catchy emails.

Q. Have you ever tried it.
A. Sure, lots of people do it every day. It's called email marketing.

It would be nice to hear what some of your results are with this method. In the whole 10 pages long thread I only saw 2 people so far who claimed to make money by doing this. For those of you who are testing this method, how is it going?

It works as well as you work it. On the days that I post I make sales, days that I don't I rarely make sales. The more posts I make the more sales I get. You get the picture.

Some quick stats for the last few days:
Today: $40
Wed: $60
Tue: $20
Mon: $80

I don't have much time to make quality posts, so right now I am just trying to nail down the best places and posts that convert so I can assign one of my minions to do it.

To be honest, the only reason I started out with this is because a Panda stole my adsense income and went on a vacation to NY (ala BTB). I am looking to get away 100% from relying on search rankings and if I can scale this up and outsource then this might be my answer.

I implore everyone who is reading this thread to realize that meathead used weightloss and clickbank as an example. This type of marketing works in almost every niche and affiliate program you can imagine. At the end of the day it is just basic sales. Do the footwork and reap the rewards.

I have been using this for a few days, and haven't converted a sale yet but getting more cb traffic. i'm going to keep going i really think this has long term promise.

I just dont get enough alerts. I don't know what i do wrong.
My niche is the bodybuilding scene, which should be a large niche, right?

But i just dont get enough alerts.

I used terms like : bodybuilding tipps, bodybuilding products, proteine powder etc. and some products, but i still just get like 3 alerts a day.

Meathead, can you give an example for a niche how you setup your alerts? i mean which keywords exactly? More general or product specified?
And how often are your alerts sent to you?
I can choose between :

Once a day
Once a week
and at publication (<- i translated those terms as i am not english speaking)

Thank you

I suppose that you are getting Alerts only from your country. I don't know the fix for that but you could Google it.

Also meathead, thanks for the method, just saw it!

I'll start tommorow working with it. Already have some spins in my head.

Cheers,

Tony

I would recommend setting up a few email addresses for alerts and setting up alerts for a few niches before choosing a niche.

One thing to remember to is to use quotes if you are looking for exact phrases.

As for the bodybuilding scene I would have tons of keywords for the alerts such as:

hit the gym
bulking up
best way to bulk up
bigger biceps
working my shoulders (replace shoulders with other parts of the body, ie abs, back, legs etc)

Those are just examples (mind you I don't lift weights) but I hope you get the idea. You are searching for things that people would actually ask about.

You really need to get a lot of alerts setup for all kinds of bodybuilding related phrases. The more keywords/phrases you have the more alerts you will get. If 10 keywords only bring you 3 alerts, then setup for 50 keyword/phrases.

Also remember that the google alerts are not the only way to find fresh posts. Sign up at some of the larger bodybuilding/exercise forums and start posting helpful stuff (ie not spammy posts).

As for setting up the google alerts themselves there is no secret way. I personally choose the following settings:

Discussions
As-it-happens
All results

Another option all together is to seed bodybuilding forums with your own questions and then answer them yourself with another account.

Another thing to remember is it will always be easier writing helpful replies to people's questions if you actually know a bit about your niche. I wouldn't choose bodybuilding personally cause I know next to nothing about it. Anyone I tried to help would have to be half retarded for me to know more then them.

Now on the other hand if I was to promote a eCourse on PHP I could go on for hours answering intricate questions about multidimensional arrays which would make me seem like a trustworthy source when I referred people to a PHP eCourse.

And one last thing. (sorry this post just kept going on and on) When looking at niches think of the mentality of someone who is going to be purchasing. You want a "hungry" niche. Something that people need a solution to right away and are ready to spend money to solve the problem.

Think genital warts; a virgin about to have sex for the first time wanting to know how to please their lover; passing a drug test; getting a payday loan; beating addiction. There was a post in this thread with a nice list of "hungry" niches, I highly recommend people taking a look there when thinking about niches.

The bottom line is your niche will determine how you promote. You have to think about who is your target customer and what would drive them to purchase.

If I were going to use bodybuilding I would setup a personal blog type site and create a persona and try to come off as just some guy who is obsessed with working out and talking about himself online. Keep a "log" of your workout schedule and the products you use.

Then I would put a link in my signature and start posting like mad on bodybuilding forums. I may even use TheInternetHustler's douch-baggery? method to get a buzz about myself which would make more people click through on your signature. This to me seems a whole lot more realistic than a review site for body building products.

Can some of you maybe pm me your sites so I can take a look and maybe get some ideas...

I don't think people are going to show you any sites that are actually making money.

Have you honestly read through this entire thread and not had any ideas?

There is a post with a nice sized list of good niches, a link to a 'free' wp theme for reviews, and lots of tips and tricks others have mentioned that should have your mind racing.

If you have really read through the whole thread and are still not 'getting' it, send me a PM and I will do my best to steer you in the right direction.

Seriously, stop over-complicating this. It's a really simple method that anyone can do. And it works. Need ideas? Go to offervault and pick a niche. There's your idea :)

And here's a spin I'm using: write a believable but REALLY provocative/controversial article about your niche. Then, link to that article. Use wordpress, have tweet button plugins etc. The traffic will be high and ppl will talk about your article.... Don't promote anything in the article, but make sure that the sidebar and footer / header area make it clear what your site's purpose is --> $$$ (also, if you're in a high-paying niche for adsense such as insurances, legal...these clicks alone will make it worth your time..)

Can't write? Neither can I actually. Don't be scared to outsource. Hire a writer. It's really not that difficult.
