Hello gurus of the interwebs =P

I'm reaching out because I've realized my current monetization plan for my BBW adult site isn't working. You read the title properly, I'm getting 15,00 uniques a month and cashing a grand total of ~$15 a month.

I have 800 Banner clicks and 3 sales over the 2 month period of testing this strategy.

My traffic is mostly forum traffic from adult communities.

Has anybody worked with the BBW niche or even the adult niche and forum traffic? What has been the most highly converting offer for you?

Thanks millions for the advice! I'm going to change strategies, I just need to know what to change TO.

EDIT: What I'm promoting now is adult sites with paid subscriptions. I get paid on new paid members and re-orders. I'll be trying a new set of adult sites and see if my traffic relates better to them. After that I'll be trying Adult Friend Finder. Any more suggestions?

I have Ads under blog post titles, in the header, and along the side. Also, on long posts I have ads between post sections. Is there anything I should change? I think the ads are everywhere lol

Your fucking with the wrong traffic!

Adult traffic is worthless man, very hard to convert you should know that by know if your into IM. Lol i can get 10k a day adult traffic from youtube which is worthless. You should try some other niche, anything except adult heck even video games converts better.

Have you tried uploading some of your clips on websites like xhamster, redtube, etc with your website name in them?

I'm guessing uploading a few clips of your best videos will attract peeps from those websites to your membership website. Make clear at the start and end of those clips that they can visit your website to watch the full version. Then offer longer free versions of those few videos, while you ask them to pay if they want to watch many such videos in HD!

Me thinks if I liked a model enough or the kind of videos that are exclusive to your website, I might end up shelling out money.

Well keep replies coming, I really want to maximize the traffic I do have.

I have some youtube traffic coming in and i can tell you that when i monetize these visitors, am gonna put some nice cash in my pockets, am currently at 1500-1700 uv per day , thats an easy 50-70 bucks easily with a content locker, maybe even 100-150(who knows will know though once i monetize it) with a good landing page and offers. But am waiting to get 7k+ visitors a day which i should have in 1-2 weeks tops, then i ll monetize my traffic.

How do i get my traffic? fucking uploading like a boss, am talking mass uploading like real mass uploading thousands of videos, not hundred or hundreds(that shit doesn't get traffic).I am a quantity guy , i don't have time to cut edit videos out, keyword research. Nah none of that shit fits me , i rather upload thousands of videos daily and get my traffic than waste my time on videos, and buying or getting fake views to them. Fuck that shit its all about seriously , sitting down and thinking if i can do this x amount how can i duplicate or tripple my results. So stop reading this forum, and go to the field , study what those fuckers do to make money and replicate.

Seriously , stop reading this forum and see what people out there are doing to make money in youtube, facebook w/e the fuck is you doing.

Yes, I've been dabbling with video game traffic as well. Banners on a popular forum. Rubbish CTR of 0.9%. Only made 1 sale out of 50 clicks from nearly 60k impressions. I wouldn't touch adult.

So you're a quantity guy. So you use software to achieve these thousands of uploads and rotating proxies and you suggest I get into the site and snoop around videos. Just making sure we understand each other. Sometimes people overestimate how much newbies can assume.

But how do I know if it's working for them or not?

2 adult sites that have paid memberships. These sites relate directly to my niche (or so I thought lol). I'm going to be trying a different set of adult sites and see if they convert better (signed up for the aff programs already).

The reason I posted is to get ideas of conversion rates I can expect with other things like Adult friend finder or a program someone could suggest.

EDIT: maybe I could even make a custom landing page for the sites i'm promoting to see if that bumps conversions

I just need to have really targetted dating profiles since by blog's a specific niche. I should make my own landing pages or search harder for BBW dating programs that cover my traffic. Thanks given for the inspiration

Thanks for the vote of confidence, but I don't do porn lol. I do adult-related buying keywords for product, such as sex toys. I target people typing buying-keywords into Google, when someone comes to my site, they are intending to buy a product before they ever visit.

I don't have a clue about how to convert porn traffic. My opinion is its all horndogs looking for free stuff and they got all the free stuff they can handle, so they don't buy. From everything I've read, the porn industry is only getting worse. So I don't know how you can make more cash off that type of traffic.

Maybe try Fleshlight, they're 30% profit margin and I do quite well with them as an add-on affiliate. I don't know how well porn traffic would convert for Fleshlight, but I get about 70 to 1 conversion from my sex toy sites.

Sex toys wow! My friend was urging me to start something similar with him a few years back. But I laughed at the idea, since I thought it'd be very saturated market. Good to know that someone here is doing it successfully!
