I want to rank for mid-competition shot-tail keyword. Unfortunately all the standard tld's have already been sold out (think .com .net .org) The ones that are available and cheap enough are .in and .org.in.

Now my question would i be able to rank at all for searches conducted on domains other then google india- google.co.in ? If not, what can be done from my end ?

If yes, would i ever be able to rank to the first position on google.com ?

bump !
Nobody has any idea about this ?

Relax, you bumped the fucking thread an hour after you made the post.
Now I don't feel like answering lol.

please share your wisdom oh mighty one ! LOL...

Domains are sooo rare these days. If a .in is of any use then i dont want to loose the opportunity get one !

.in sucks and .org.in too so do not use you can add letter to your keyword like 'e' or something else

Thanks

As long as you have a good content and backlinks - tld should not matter to google, except possible preffered better ranking for specific country.

I have exactkeyword.in for one of my niche and i am ranking on the first page in google.co.in but nowhere in google.com first page

That is exactly my worry ! I dont want to double my efforts and get half the returns.

The options i have are:
.in
.io (too expensive)
.co.uk
.asia
.bz
.co

Which one would be the best buy ?
