What should I do with a wasted domain?

Hey guys,

I need some suggestions. I bought a domain about 1 month ago and started adding original content and building backlinks gently since then, until I found that some of my backlinks was indexed while the money site not.

There's no ads / affiliate links / malware / duplicate contents on this site from the very beginning, and I've submitted reconsideration request twice to google, but got nothing useful, they just simply tell you that your site "violates google quality guidelines" without telling what your mistake is. My guess is this domain might have been blacklisted before my purchase, so there's nothing I can do about it. Well, I will get over this domain and register a new one. My question is, what should I do with this almost useless domain?

Wipe the content, put up a nice wp site, submit reconsideration, stop using spun content, find some original content.
I just bought a site was blacklisted b4 i got it -- took 1 reconsideration request. Google want legit for its users, give it a try -- then in 3 or 4 months gop back if you want to do more to it!
Or if its really wasted. ask if it will share some smoke with ya!

I don't think you get me. It's a nice wp site indeed, there's no spun content from the very beginning since I bought the domain. I only use %50 spun content to build backlinks.

Or if its really wasted. ask if it will share some smoke with ya!

Nothing really you want to do with it now. You will spend more time trying to make it good again.

- submit for reconsideration request @ google. happens all the time. don't worry about what's on there now, they expect the site to have almost nothing
- use email addy create a bunch of twitter / facebook / etc. accounts
- use for email spam
- redirects or iframe holder for offers
- give it away to somebody who could use it
- hold it as a "admin" domain - link centralized admin accounts and emails through it, helpful since you'll never have to worry about selling it and changing all accounts over. Don't use for google accounts if you haven't had it reconsidered.
- get over it and consider that it cost you about the same as a generic WSO on how to choose a domain, but you didn't have to struggle through reading all the WF BS

PM the url -- there is something that doesnt pass the google guidelines. You could even have been hacked and not know it. Thats why I said delete the site and do a new one from scratch. So yes I got you, I am offering a suggestion that I have seen work for customers before. If you have submitted twice using the same content, then Occams razor suggests the site/content is the problem, so chabge and see if that works.

I just bought a site blacklisted by google, took 1 new wp site, 2 articles 100% original and 1 reconsideration request to get it back indexed.

Share some smoke? You said site was wasted -- wasted is slang for being high using marijuana, share some smoke means pass the marijuana cigarette around.

Oh, I got what you mean.
I will delete the whole site and reinstall wordpress, use a new theme, add 3 original articles. Lets see what will happen.

when you say you bought the domain, was it at an auction or new domain?

New domain. It's a deleted and available again domain according to domaintools. And nothing suspicious found on archive.org, it seems to be a parked domain before.
