First of all, we are sorry if takes you any trouble.

1) "Upload Contact File" - I've tested this feature, the account can add friends from the Email file successful (Make sure the emails were used to sign up facebook), please contact our online support with more detail information, they will help you find out the exact problem.

2) "Remove Sent Requests" - Due to Facebook recent change, now the software just can remove the pending friends which you added by the software, it can't find the pending friends which you added manually before. So I suggest you don't clear the "Added List" in the "Manage Accounts" dialog, and always add friends by the software, then it can remove pending friends for your accounts.

3) "Invite Friends" - Can you give us more detail information about your problem? Let's test it and check the problem for you. Please contact our 24*7 support team, they can teamview with you and find out the problem.

4) You can't gather all the friends ID, this is a limit from facebook. Just can collect the most active friends of the page/group, and how many friends you can collect, it depends on the vitality of the page/group.

BTW, please make sure you are using the latest version: Facebook FriendAdder (Pro) 3.0.0 Beta 3 built on 2011.10.31.01

You can try to use another powerful adding feature "Add Online Friends" to add friends who are actively involved in facebook. It gives users easily access to add friends from group, page, other friends and some niche people.

You're never respect customer what they want what they asked. even any of your customer want to pay for if he need something special you're always ignoring customer and that's why most of the BHW people ignoring your software.

FFA is a standard version for users to add/remove facebook friends. If you want to use feature "Add Targeted Friends", please try the upgrade version of FFA, we have added this feature in FFAP.

I have FFAP already. I need more copy for my marketing purpose. And your ffap working too slowly...for friends adding purpose. I need minimum 100 threads and its totally not worth for buying 10 copy ffap.

Too funny people bashing this software. Ive had it for years now. And whilke the 2.XX version was too slow, I recently got back on board and got the 3.0 and it flies along nicely, even through free proxies and wireless medium-slow internet.

But mostly, who coul flame the support? From day 1 best support I have had from any underground software vendor. AndIve used them alllllllllll.

I open MSN in 30 seconds im chatting with some.
Upgraded me from FFA to pro years back, even cut me a discount for a misunderstanding when buying the cheap one.

Help me with an import issue once, and more recently moving the license a few times to new laptops.

BUT LIVELY, post photo to walls? Still this feature isnt there after asking about it 2 years ago. And while its not my program to bitch, I see other doing it with bots.

And I has also said, when the tagging feature coming.
