I don't mean to question this, but I'm just looking for the difference between where you say on average your sites make $1 daily, but in the title of your thread you say 'Make $1000+ monthly.'
Is there any difference or just a catchy and enticing title?

I would imagine its because, if a cave man purchased one of these sites, he could made $1 a day off of them. If a well business oriented, SEO studied person happens to purchase one, they stand to make as much as they put into it which should easily generate profits.

I selected the $33 one micro niche website package. at $33 and with such great consumer reviews, I figured why not give Bulger's services a try?
Communication - 5/5
Bulger was very quick, concise, and professional with his communication. I actually was often the one failing to keep up over the course of the project. Bulger definitely has no issue providing top-notch communication, even for the small projects.
Keyword Selection - 5/5
Bulger gave me a keyword that I would consider fairly low competition. After he told me what it was, I immediately did some research on it to find that nine out of the ten first page sites for this keyword had NO on-site SEO which will provide a great advantage for me as I build the site.
SEO - 4.5/5
Bulger plays it by the book with good, quality, clean on-site SEO. Both articles he included were very well written, relevant, and above all interesting.
He included some of the staple SEO plugins with the site, and further optimized it with them using meta descriptions, meta tags, meta titles, etc.
He also included the more than neccesary privacy policy, contact, and about pages that look professional and are easily navigated.
As a side note, when I received my website, it was already ranked 15 in the serps for the target keyword.
Website Layout - 4.5/5
Bulger provided my website with a professional looking site layout with ad placement that is sure to bring maximum CTR. When navigating the site I get an almost press release type feel where I know I'm getting information worthy of my time.
The site provides a great starting point that could easily be improved upon as I gain more knowledge of the niche.
OVERALL - 4.75 - 5
Bulger's services definitely come highly recommended as he does fast, professional, solid work for his customers. He chooses keywords that won't be tough to rank but also get enticing levels of traffic. If you were to go with one of his packages, you would not be let down.
