Need to clone a flash site

I need help to clone a flash application from a site.

This is a flash application that allows you to select a light, input the room dimensions, and the application will tell you how many lights you need to illuminate the room, plus it will space out the lights through out the room. My business needs this or something comparable to this application.

No, I do not expect this to be done for free. I am looking for guidance. If this is something simple, I can do the research. But i dont know where to start. If someone can tell me what specific things i need to research, or areas to look at, i can try and piece it together myself. As I said:

Here 's a response to the matter of the question:

Assuming you know how to program Flash, all you need to do is use a Flash decompiler, decompie the third party flash and rebrand it as your own.

Might I suggest just iframing that SWF file and putting it on your site? Do you need it to do each lamp separately?

Thank you fuggz, I really appreciate it. And jazzc, I dont know much on flash programming but I am attempting to learn. so this will give me more to research and somewhere to start.
