What do you mean by:

When you say 75 websites does that mean you will only create 75 profiles?
then inside that 75 profiles 4 keywords will be placed?

What will happen to the 2,3 and 4th keyword if the 1st -4th keyword have the same url?
does that not lessen the weight of the 2,3 and 4th keyword?

No SERP movement *yet* because none of the links are indexed. I'm going to throw them in my nuclear link indexer account and see what happens. Communication was great and OP delivered my report on time. Will update this thread to report any SERP movement.
