There is no carding here ! Its all about traffic !
I use VCC for USA FB Acc..VCC AVS !
Its all about traffic and good ads i make on FB ads with CPM methode so got cheap price for click...with good country target and demografy !

2. What is the refund rate? I understand I can invest $200, and get $300 back, but how many of those sales will refund?

How do you cover refund rate? Refunds are usually really high.

Even 20% refunds on that $300 would be $60 in refunds. That means for investing $200, you would only walk away with $40 assuming the refund rate wasn't any higher.
