20 days old domains already PR4... how is that possible?

I came accross a website selling high PR domains of PR4, PR3, PR2 etc. I decided to check the age of some of the domains and it turned out most of them have been registered about 20 days ago, owned by one person, have either just few backlinks from bookmarking sites or don't have backlinks at all...

In the first place I thought the PR is fake, so I checked google with a dork

info:domain.com

to see if result will be the same domain and they all passed this check. After that I checked the domains with a fake PR checker tool... again the fake PR checker tool gave the PR is Valid...

Finally when I checked google dork

cache:domain.com

...to see what content each domain has had (currently they are parked), all they have had just a plain html, a paragraph of about 200/300 words and a title...

I'm sure the owner of these domains knows a solid technique to achieve high PR very quickly...

C'mon guys it's been just 20 days and hop... PR4... How is that possible?

Think it's just a bug. I've seen a ton of shit sites with 0-5 links and have a PR of 4-5.
That's one of the issues if you join a blog network, some of these sites are complete shit,a nd the owners don't disclose the URLs for 'privacy' reasons.

Exactly the case with private networks... but people are mad about buying services like "Private network blog posts". If you can make 50 domains get PR4+, you can easily charge $80 for a single blog submission and as I see this case I started thinking for a private blog network if I find solution
for getting high pr

Permanent links may be, but definitely they don't have strong normal BLs

...but they have official website where they sell about 40 high pr domains.

Also their service is published in buy/sell services section of another famous forum. If they are scam, it will come to light soon.

Buy actually I found and other people selling even aged high pr domains without backlinks. Obviously there is a trick involved.

All this High PR blog backlinks are such hypes...especially those Home Page backlinks that cost an arm and a leg. Even though it's on the homepage, the content is so pure and never updated. And once Google catch up, you will lose everything and months of payments.

There is a Simple Ethical Way of doing it.
Look for the Expiring Domains with HPR 4+ from expiredomains.com (not sure of the link)
and When the domain get expired, Just register it in the Next 24 Hours,
so it doesn't have a Drop in the PR. If you buy a HPR domain older than 2-3 days.
You will see a PR 0, which is of No use

Content is pure, because it's automated spun content, but some of these blog networks submit new posts to the home page everyday as people have paid for it and your post stays on the home page few days. Other networks close new submitions after "X" ammount of posts reached on the home page. I'm sure soon or later google will devaluate these types of backlinks, but it seams they work now.

Don't buy anything from that guy.

The only way for certain to make a brand new domain high PR (that doesn't have any obvious backlinks) is to point a high PR link to it.

Easy come, easy go ... one link making a website PR4 can just as easily be pointed to a new site ... then the PR4 you bought will be PR0, though it won't show as such until the next Google update. Then you'll complain to him and he'll shrug his shoulders "I don't know why it lost PR".

This is especially true of someone whose business model is selling websites that have high PR.

In order not to talk generally I will post an example. This guy had been trying to sell 5 PR4 domains on backlinksforum for $580 and eventually he sold them on Flippa for $250.

oh yes i remembered... if iam not wrong, those new domains have aged domains with high PR 301 redirected to them, this transfers the PR and saves the new domain from any penalty, ALSO, it hides the backlink profile so other people cant reverse engineer and steal the backlinks

Talking from personal experience, for one of my sites I got PR4 just over a month. Here is what happened;
1-registered a domain then did nothing to it for around a year (project was on hold)
2-Started adding content, daily one unique post written manually on current trending events in particular niche.
3-some sites started aggregating my content with a link back to my site most had no PR or PR0 except for one which had PR7.
4-I did backlinking on my own but only few linkwheels and around 30-50 manual blog commenting for PR>4.

That's all I did. The only thing that makes sense from my experience is getting backlinks from sites with much higher PR.

But you said it, you've had backlinks... these domains don't have backlinks or just few from bookmarks, which can't bring high pr.

I think Neo is right, "high PR 301 redirected to them"... probably this is the case.

And No! I won't buy such a domain!
