you wouldn't have to write the articles and other content.. my question refers to the link building strategy

Yeah, non English websites are fine. We have worked on Japanese sites with great results. So i don't see any problem with german sites.

I would recommend the 6 week model for an commerce site due to the nature of it targeting several keywords/niches. As for monthly packages, that would not be a problem. Sent you a PM.

Majority of the links(except the blog comments/trackbacks) are pointing directly to the money site. This has proven really effective as they are spread out over several days..simulating a natural process of linkbuilding.
