Alright, here's my honest review:
The site was delivered VERY fast. I mean, this is the fastest service I've ever purchased.
Kudos to Winchester for working this quickly.
About the site; it's made using the wordpress theme Clickbump but it's customized to reflect the niche of the site, so that's cool. It's clean and the ads placements are ideals.
For the keywords chosen, I don't know if it will work; I've searched the keyword phrase using Google Adwords Keyword tool and Spyfu and they didn't gave me any exact monthly searches results. It's not an USA targeted keyword, but a Canadian one (which is nonetheless nice since it means there will be less competition for it). However, as I didn't found any exact monthly searches on neither of the keyword tools I've used, I don't know if the site will get any traffic at all, but we'll see...
Winchester was cool enough to give me some bonus, like 2x more backlinks, a $5 rebate and a 1000 words rewrote authority article that passes Copyscape. That was a neat addition to the purchase.
So yeah, I'll wait to see some results but I'll definitely keep a look for his services in the future if the site gives me some good results.

Winchester will ask you for any preference in niche/competition/etc or you can let him use his best judgement.
He will send send you the EMD name for you to purchase. So the domain is in your name, your ownership etc.
You then install wordpress and give him an admin account to wordpress and away he goes!

I was lucky enough to get a free MicroNiche keyword from Winchester and i have to say it was a really good one! The Exact monthly searches is well above the 1000 mark and the competition is really low.
I would have to say its well worth the money if i bought this service, i might just start making micro niche sites if this one goes well

just a quick follow up:
The site is ranking #7 for the main keyword on Google, that's just after 1 day of the work completed, which is pretty good.
The site is not making any money yet since it has to climb higher on the SERP to bring traffic but it's getting there, just a matter of time...

Completed in under 2 days - Nice and fast
Winchester was easy to talk to and helped me out with some quieries regarding the keyword and it's search volume.
The site is simple but effective in focusing on drawing the users gaze to the adsense.
He even threw in some nice little bonus's that were a pleasant surprise
Highly Recommended Service.
Will come back with an SEO review in a week or so to let you know how the site goes!
