Found someone selling Rosetta Stone copies, and he says they work 100% like the original. Has all languages...

I'm thinking there could be some money had with this. Obviously Ebay wouldn't work, possibly craigslist but anyone have any other ideas...

NOTHING out there is 100% replicated. Of course someone selling you something would say that. Just like there are legal hunters out there that crawl eBay and CL to find people selling these products and they will go after you first, and then figure out if the stuff you are selling is real or not afterwards.

It's likely you could make money, just be careful. Make sure you can get the money back from the supplier in case you don't get your item.

Good call, I'm probably going to leave this one alone anyway...have bigger things trying to work out.

Thanks for the heads up!

I have significant experience using rosetta suppliers. 95% of everything out there is garbage. Where is your supplier located? As well rosetta stone has a serious devision of their company dedicated strictly to tackling counterfeit products

you would be better off getting the single disc stand alone iso file for free (comes with all languages levels 1&2) if you know where to look online... and yes you can make some good money with it but be careful when selling on cl, etc......

I wouldn't mess with Rosetta Stone, a buddy of mine got sued by them for selling on craigslist.

Thanks again for the suggestions. I agree and think it's best I work on other projects besides the Rosetta Stone...

I thought I would expand on jgambul's comment earlier. My cousin use to work for Rosetta Stone and she also said they were hard core. They have an entire "enforcement" team of grey hats, dedicated to hunting down people selling counterfeit rosetta stone stuff. She said they have an entire wall plastered with more than 200 mug shots of people they have setup on craigslist and backpage......like it was a game for them to see how many people they could track down and bust....

So if you just mail the items, and get money in paypal they want catch you?

Yeah Rosetta Stone is pretty hard core. They are trying to protect their monopoly profit. I listed a legit RS someone gave me for sale on eBay and within few hours they canceled my listing. I tried it again and same shit.

This is for legit RS softare. Can't imagine what they would do for counterfeit.

So much demand for RS? The iso files are to big IMO, burn DVD-s and sell it maybe on the local listing sites? Just 2 pennies...

Hmmm what it all about, am using rosetta stone crackes version and it work in all languages, and it was downloaded from usenext.

so i frequent blackhatworld all the time as a watcher/leecher and have never posted anything so I will count this post as my contribution to the community....I read this thread and thought i would share my experience with Rosetta Stone's Enforcement team........so i had a pretty decent thing going on clist dropshipping adobe, windows and beach body products....I decided to try and expand a little by dropshipping some Rosetta Stone Spanish bootlegs from this company i found on alibaba. Long story short...i posted maybe 3 listing on craigslist before i received a cease and desist letter from Rosetta Stone's enforcement department with my name, phone# address, and the first five digits of my social security number on it. The letter gave me five business days to contact them before they took other action....so i contacted them and i ended having to pay them damages for my actions....i didn't even get the chance to sell a single copy but apparently it is against the law to even attempt to sell a counterfeit item...so this is where it gets really messed up....i about told the guy to f off but before i could he said...."so we have also noticed that you have been moving a lot of other counterfeit products....now we aren't those other companies and we obviously can't speak for them but we think it would be in your best interest to discontinue selling counterfeit versions of their products before they stumble across your activity as well........" Now, I know most of the blackhatworld community understands this comment, but for you newbs that can't read between the lines....he was basically saying.... you are going to settle with us for attempting to squeeze one of our dimes or we are going to narc you out to the other companies that would have a real interest in destroying your life....... so yeah i punked out and settled with them but i did manage to negotiate a privacy clause with them in my agreement so atleast i wasn't as bad off as the other 100 or so poor peeps that Rosetta Stone included their names in their most recent press release.....that they plastered off all over the internet and newspapers.

Word of advise....avoid the stone and work dropship products from a company that won't go after your first born.

Why not get RS and use it as a guide to make another software. Brand that and then sell it for alot cheaper then RS
