Are people making good money with this? If so I don't see how...

1500 searches a month

You would have to be rank 1 to make any sort of money.

Rank 1 should be getting around 600 visits a month for a 1500 searches a month keyword.

At a conversion rate of 2% at $1 cpc you would be making around $12 a month....

Take in to account domain fees, hosting fees, set up fees, time spent and SEO I can't find it a logical way to make GOOD money. Can someone prove me wrong?

Well, the simple fact is, if you purchase a single site for $33 and the domain for $10-$20, if you're purchasing this you should already have paid for hosting and are fully ready to implement new niches.

So if that $43-$53 can bring back more than $43-$53, than it is a worthwhile investment. If you have a proper SEO plan and consistently pick up methods, or even trusted partners for outsourcing things such as backlink building/directory submission, investments such as these should prove to be profitable.

It was also quite rude of you to knock someone's serviced based simply on a theory you have. Perhaps its just me, though... :24:
