what is the format a .txt comment file should be? i looked inside the one that come with the software, but i can't tell how to distinguish one comment from another.

i bought this tool a few hours ago and i have to say it does what it promises. There are no bells and whistles but that is what makes this tool. I got it to work within 5 min.

No idea what the effects will be, but i will report back with the results.

Wouldn't you be better off paying for a VPS? That way you can still use your internet connection fine and you don't need to worry about overage charges. Also due to the internet connection a VPS is generally the much quicker option for running backlinking tools.

Its just spintax. For example:
{comment1|comment2|comment3}

or:
{comment {1|2|3}|another {comment|message}}

It needs to be entered in as one long comment but using spintax to create many variations of comments. Also in the latest versions of NHSEO it doesn't use comment files, the comments are entered direct into NHSEO and saved to the database.

Here is my simple review:
Read this forum for a very long time then took the plunge and paid for No Hands SEO.
Spent ten minutes setting 8 profiles (2 site, 6 page).
Over the course of a month I have run it for around a total of 48 hours so as not to create too many links in one blast.
Have been very happy at the release of new features and how fast the programmer sorts the bugs out.
Now have 2877 new links spread across those 8 profiles (about 1500 are whois)
Some of the links have pr3 or greater and are ********.
I have always been able to manually confirm the links are real.

Moral of the story: Nothing ventured nothing gained.

I do not know the programmer or his family, friends, pets etc. I wish I did so I could have invested in him when he first started writing the software.

Hi jimbob, im using v1.6.4 and im experiencing large cpu usage again unfortunately. Im running three profiles and have a quad core phenom black edition with 4GB of good ram on a gaming motherboard. Sometimes the cpu usage is low, especially after a restart and for first few hours but then it remains at above 60% cpu usage. I have nothing else running at all and my pc would be off/sleep if i wasnt running NHSEO.
Sometimes mine often crashes too upon pressing stop but i can live with this as im sure it will get ironed out in the future. Not often i want to stop it.

Just a note to others, This is totally a hands off program but like with any other, it requires you to adjust the tools settings to suit your seo, pc and requiremnts/tastes.

Out of the box, it is as jimbob (OP) states, add your website,keywords and comments and press play! nobody can argue with this!
People ask is it like scrapebox? no it isnt and isnt designed to be!

If you buy scrapebox and use it with no proxies, little keywords and its factory set comment (hi great site etc etc, you are a great person and ill tell the world!) then your comments will not stick. Its fact!

Jimbob has added a mass of spinnable comment data into this and although it may not suit many of your seo needs, its there and works. You should definately adjust this to suit your needs. Its your job to do this and jimbobs is an example/helpful indication to get you up and running from pressing go. If you buy this tool, then you buy the tool and do not sign up for getting something entirely catering to your individual needs and niche. You can buy a hammer but it wont drive nails in on its own!

REVIEW:
I have been using this tool for a month now and can confirm that i have put a good 1hr at the start into manually entering my keywords and anchor text. This is all.

I run two wordpress sites and i now see in my wordpress panel that im getting incoming trackbacks and comments etc for my domain. I have never had any and im only running NHSEO.

My G webmaster tools are showing results

MY yahoo site exp is DEFINATELY showing hundreds of new results! i click them all individually and they take me to a comment or post from NHSEO.

My serps have not danced in my case but have risen up for sure.

Im vary concious of what tools and services i buy and i do not rush into things. As the OP offered a free review, i took it and tried it out without complaint as i did not own it. I monitored the OP's dedication to the tool and his customer service. result? I chose to purchase as i personally decided that the OP was true to his word and factual in what he always says. This tool had proved itself to me in my case within two weeks and i decided that the OP should be paid and rewarded for his personal efforts and products that will and have save me time and money.

By all means, use the review version which he has kindly given you for a free trial and monitor everyone elses feedback. Do not swamp the guy with abuse or stupid questions that belittle his work. Make possitive enquiries and he will answer you i guarantee.

Finally, im not financially or otherwise involved with the OP, i do not know him, i have not met him.
He has answered my questions and provided me with a tool that is working for me day and night at a crazy price which cannot be sniffed at. Nobody else is currently offering at tool that you will own that does this job and can charge clients if you so wish for its use.
I chose my decisions wisely and in my case, i have two and only two sites. These are my money sites and i have decided to run this tool on them for a month with only possitive effects. This is your decision and you have to decided whether or not its for you. You can change many parimeters and allow it to ping or not and bar it from doing things you feel do not suit your site. Im using it as a drippable effect along with scrapebox afterwards.

Those testimonials are just a few from the last few days and are just the tip of the iceberg.

Yeah, you can output lists of targets, posts or confirmed link and then choose Whois, Blog Comments, Trackbacks or All by right clicking on a profile in the profile list when not posting.

It will output the list to a .txt file of your choosing.

Now my alexa 3,195,356. well, i'm on trial NHSEO and obviously i'm buying after 7 days trial end if thing goes on like this. it may be a mistake from alexa or myself but i just copy paste those number before and after. if it's valid and accurate, ohmaigod

ok, the first time i ran this my my little joomla site went crazy. My area that shows how many people are online jump from 3k to over 87k and the only new think i did was run no hands seo. A bit confuse by these new numbers i stop the tool just to see what happens, it took over a month for my numbers to fall back where they use to be which is around 3k, I also found where the no seo was posting some of the comments. I did not like the comments as they where too random and look like spam. Luckily for me I could make contact to the sell here on BHW who told me about the little feature that I did miss which was the ability to create my own comments. I just turn back on no hands seo yesterday and now I have over 50k on my site. With the new target comments I hope these people stick around. I am also hoping that I make it to #1 in Google real soon. I think my money was well spent.

It should be accurate, you still want to be getting it lower so keep on pumping away at it and you should see more improvements the longer it runs.

Thanks ytterium. There are 100ks of different variations of comments in the comments file. If you have specific comments you wish to use you can enter them and set individually per profile if you wish.

You shouldn't need to change any settings from default though you may want to set the "post to unique domain once only" option in your blog comment settings and trackback settings. Other than that default should work for any website / webpage just fine.

It seems like many tasks need to be done when the program is not running (at least on my install) I've wasted time entering custom anchors per page in the profile handler while NHS running, only to find the save button (found only on a separate tab BTW) does nothing. Stopped the program... waited tried to save again... nothing cancel... begin again the adding of spun anchors. This time only adding one, then checking the save button... doesn't work. close program - reopen begin again

I've wasted a couple hours with similar issues. Some thing s can be done on the fly apparently and others not. It would be nice if buttons were disabled when they will not work. (unless I'm missing something)

Of course I'll learn the quirks eventually through trial and error. Still a great tool for quick links. I really want to load up custom anchors for pages. Would love to be able to load that info along with page urls in a txt file.

Yeah basically stop the posting before changing anything. I will get the buttons disabled while posting is happening for the next update. I think the settings is about the only thing that can be changed while posting is happening but even then there is no guarantee the setting you change will take effect. Sorry for any confusion and I will get it sorted.

Changing things in the profile handler should actually work fine while posting other than editing the pages as the list of pages is constantly being updated and handled so that is why it didn't work. When profile handler was first implemented it was done so without the page list so it was possible to save it on the fly, as you have found out though the page list cannot be saved on the fly.

Hey just want to update folks on my experiences with stopping threads.. Seems to have fixed itself or I wasn't patient enough in the past. I am doing something different though. I am running one profile at a time then I stop that task and patiently wait for the play button to appear again

There could be an issue with it as in the past (pre V1.6) it would occasionally refuse to stop all threads but recently I have not seen anything like it. Timeouts and processing delays can make it not finish for a couple of minutes but it always comes back. It could be a patience thing but if it hasn't stopped within 3 minutes there could be some deeper issue at hand. I'm constantly looking into things like that but I haven't seen anything that could really cause it.

As always just keep me informed if it starts happening again.

The program freezing issue I am getting seems to be for one profile. This is the only profile created before transitioning to v1.6 and it also has the biggest links built for it. Nearly 3000 confirmed links compared to the others having a couple hundred. Maybe the issue is because the profile is old / too big?

Side note; I have been running each profile individually for a small period of time each day now to keep a cap on things and so links aren't built too quick like the first profile. Plus I have also added some bad word filters and max OBL

When you run the check links feature does this update the stats on the profiles panel? For example before running check links the confirmed links count was 300 and after using check links the count goes down 295 or can it go up?

Hey Jimbo, I have a question about threads and confirmed links.

I show 373 "confirmed" links in NHS, when I export "All" to scrapebox, I find 206 links. Can you explain the difference, or at least how/when NHS "checks" for the live links?

If I have one project and I set 25 threads, will it be posting comments/trackbacks to 25 locations at one time?

If I have 25 projects and 25 threads, will it use 1 thread per project and post accordingly?
