Hi, I submitted a request for a status update on my project and received a response saying that you did not receive my 2nd or 3rd KW/URLs. I had emailed you my 2nd and 3rd KWs, which you have confirmed (see quote below).

The reason I'm replying to this thread is because I'm unable to use your support ticketing system. I replied multiple times to the original ticket with this info, but received no reply or confirmation. I then tried to open up a new ticket and each time, the ticket was automatically cancelled due to "bad words." Not sure what those bad words were, but I resubmitted multiple times, removing all references to BHW... still to no avail.

Yep, the on-page SEO includes tweaking themes/plugins to reduce the loading time. Loading time is one of the factors for ranking especially when in the first page.

How much does the OnSite SEO service costs? does the tweaking also include setting up CDN if that is needed?

I ordered the full War package in September, my site was 2 months old at the time. This service in 1 month alone got me from nowhere in the top 1,000 for all 3 of my keywords to:

Keyword 1: 13
Keyword 2: 18
Keyword 3: 40

Plus, he says he's not finished, so I can't wait to see if some of these keywords might land in the top spot at some point. If so, I'll be seeing a large ROI.

As you can see there appears to be an issue, the above
serp results have been 100+ for a couple of weeks.
Have contacted OP via the support system and have been

i have a question what if a site after you do a SEO will be in sandbox will you give a refund? and do you have any proof of any heavily competitive keyword that you have get to first page of Google...?

What people are failing to realize is that this service takes a little time to complete as it is building a heavy amount of backlinks, and any fast-paced building looks extremely unnatural to Google, and this service aims to make the backlinking look as natural as possible, to have the BEST result.
