Im wondering what other people do...

Do you get better results, more CPA's filled out when you offer multiple offers on a content locker, or when you force your viewers on one specific offer.

Ive tried both with mixed results, but maybe Im not getting enough traffic yet to formulate a conclusive conclusion.

(Note: Whether i use one or multiple CPA's offers they are all eMail submits only... but thats not what this thread is really about.)

Do you get only US traffic? Or the majority is from the US?

A bit of a mixture...

The majority from US, Canada and UK, to which I am talking about.

This is interesting, I wish someone would comment on the topic... I would like to know this as well.

I actually fill out a lot of cpa offers on content lockers myself these days; we have a new baby and have cut cable in order to cut expenses and I have to watch Breaking Bad! I gravitate towards quick-install type offers: Quickplayer and the like. I shy away from offers that require submitting a credit card for security. I also shy away from surveys since some of them are so long.

With this in mind I would guess that a mixture would be more effective; the lead is likely to see something that they are actually interested in (or at least trust). I'd also think that psychologically when providing one option you are asking the lead to chose between: Yes or No. No is the default. If you offer a selection you are asking the lead to make a choice between the three; more likely to pick one.

Hope my two cents helps!

I look at this from the point of view of deterrence, which is a rather personal view.

I f***ing hate content lockers with a rare passion (though that is not to say that I'm not above inflicting them on others). When I come to one when looking for, like mrmonkeydarts, streaming episodes online, I close the tab and keep searching. My experience every time I have tried to get past them is that they are way too much BS rigamarole for the thing I am trying to get past them to. Even, ironically, if it means, spending an extra five minutes searching. Because let's be honest: jumping through hoops is torture.

The point I'm taking my time getting around to is that content lockers are so abhorrible I would think that the cost to the victim would grow exponentially as you added offers, and SO! you'll have most success with either one offer and a mediocre "get," or more than one and something that would have to be incredibly awesome.
