Hi all,

On several of my blogs I am starting to get trackbacks in the comments area, I have been deleting them out, but I'm wondering if keeping them help my pages rank better...

Anyone have any advice on this? Does having other people tracking to my blog help my SEO or anything else?

Thanks...

delete them biside of them making you shit look ugly their really no help seo wise

I agree, they're useful if you're sending them out for backlinks but having them on your site provides no benefit that I know of and just clutters things up.

Lol i got sandboxed for one of my sites from using trackbacks.. Although I did shoot out a list of 50k and got like 30k now in site explorer in a week.. Oops haha..

Any tips on getting out of the sand box?

Cool thanks all. I'll get ride of them and disable that function..

I think you were talking about two sides of the coin! The op is talking about (I assume) legitimate trackbacks and that's positive as it gives your site a vote from another, but most of them will be my doing :D (I meant fake trackbacks created by ScrapeBox) and those have no value for your site.

On the other side of the coin - there is a good value in fake TB's if you can make them stick.
