First Niche Site results

So using google keyword tool my first niche has these results:

Competition: High (bar is 80% full)
Global Monthly Searches: 6,200
Local Monthly Searches: 1,900
Approximate CPC: $4.40

I am spot #1 on the first page on exact word search, is this decent for a first website?

Now if only my AdSense work. Also, with this much traffic, should I use AdSense or should I use something like ClickBank (they offer products aimed at my target traffic).

Also, what website shows my page's PR?

A non-match that gets 9,500 global searches monthly and 2,000 local searches monthly has me as spot #2 on the first page! I never noticed that!

Wasn't using Exact like I thought I was, new numbers (not so impressive now)

Great Job! What are you doing for backlinking? Are you using any tools? Just asking for help to others. I would say CPA also, maybe even a clickbank product. I have had good success with CPA and Clickbank too. Keep up the good work.
