Good day to Whitehatxperts,

Here I have one more question this is broad one actually I have found many tutorial here on BHW to find relevant keywords using Google keyword tool and using word tracker or any other method. All are using different methods here I am not talking about EMD. Currently I am working as SEO (Fresher) and I have found that for blogs(Wordpress, Joomla ....) and for website (PHP or ASP.Net) have different strategy to find relevant keywords. Some said to see cpc and somebody said that to see local search instead of Global search that's why I want to know could anyone please specify method we use separately for both wordpress blog or php website to find relevant keyword. Hope you understand what I am talking about donno whether anyone ask such question like this before? but this is hardly needed by anyone and only you senior or experienced guyz help us. You can also help us by point out the best one method given here in BHW.

Seems like you are getting confused bro. Keyword research and finding relevant keywords is not gonna vary based on the website platform.

I second what cyberzilla said and secondly in a keyword you should consider the local search count, cpc and competition of the keyword.. To check how competitive a keyword is you can follow the instructions from the following thread if you don't have a software to do that: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...ethod-step-step-keyword-research-newbies.html

Great one by the way which software you are talking about? which will do all the things as specified on given thread link by you. Also I already read that thread but forget about that did you read second line there he said there are many ways to do keyword research is this is the best one? or there any other method too. Actually I just want to collect all and do one by one if I don't get any success with first one :D

Somewhere you are right brother I am confused since currently I am handling same situation where blogs and other platform site are coming together and my boss shouting at me to do different method for keyword research. I am isolated right now :(

In my opinion this is the best thread for newbies

I'm sorry to hear that. Hopefully you'll get some information here at BHW to help you out.

I do suggest you use the method Dj Co2 linked to.

Also remember the reasons why you need keyword research in the first place:

1) To discover keywords people use when searching for something in a search engine.

2) To figure out the competition in the market in regards to said keywords.

3) There are other reasons, but I can't think of them right now.

You basically just need to find keywords that will help you site rank high in the search engines for terms related to your site's topic, then your boss will stop yelling at you, right? So implement the stuff on that page Dj Co2 linked to and I'm sure that will help.

Always use local search and exact - with whatever tool you are going. To get an overall outlook on the situation I check every time with g adwords.
